Hi, I’m Kristoffer Vestergaard, a full-stack developer based in Denmark.
Most of my career has been spent working with PHP and JavaScript, more specifically with frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, and Vue.js. I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from small business websites, to large-scale web applications, (CRM, WMS, ERP, SaaS platforms, etc.) and everything in between.
I’m well-versed in Linux, and I have experience maintaining and deploying applications on various cloud platforms. From small VPS servers to more complex AWS setups using services like EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, and CloudFront. This is mostly done using my own Ansible playbooks.
Modern development practices are a cornerstone of my work, but I also believe that not all things are black and white. Knowing the practices is important, but moreso knowing when to apply them, and when to not.
When I’m not coding, I enjoy toying with my home lab, excercising, and playing TTRPGs.
